Shipping and ship days
Your beef ships frozen, early in the week, and never sits over a weekend.
Ship days
Boxes ship Monday through Wednesday only. Each ranch lists its own ship days, and the delivery date on a ranch page is worked out from the rancher's processing time, ship days and transit time.
How it travels
- Packed at the plant in an insulated shipper sized to the transit, with dry ice.
- Frozen freight, two days in transit at most.
- Nothing in the box but your beef and the rancher's note.
Where we ship
Choose your state first. We only show ranchers whose plant is cleared to ship to you; if a ranch does not ship to your state yet, you will see it on the page. Where a plant does not ship, a share may be picked up at the plant or delivered by the rancher.
If it arrives warm
If a box arrives above 40 °F, tell us within 24 hours and a replacement ships on the next ship day. Please be home to move the boxes into your freezer.
