If you raise cattle on pasture and harvest at an inspected plant, you can sell here under your own name, ship in your own box, and get paid when the order ships. There is no fee to join.
What you do
- Raise your cattle on pasture and finish on grass.
- Harvest at an inspected plant.
- Ship early in the week, Monday through Wednesday, in an insulated box.
- Include nothing in the box but the beef and your note.
